How much will my project cost?
The hourly rate for Simon Says services is $150. There’s only a one-hour minimum charge. If your job is done within 1 hour, you’ll only be charged for one hour!
How many messages can be completed in one hour?
The number of messages that can be produced in an hour depends on the length of each message.
For example, if your messages are 1 – 2 sentences in length, which is typical, we can produce 8-10 messages in one hour.
How long will it take to get my finished messages?
We can usually deliver your messages within 24 hours of receiving your script. We’ve also delivered messages within _ hour of receiving a script, in an "emergency" situation.
Simon Says is known for exceptional service. It’s simply how we do business.
We don’t have a large telephone system, but we still want to sound professional. Can Simon Says record for our answering machine?
Yes! We can provide for recording directly into your system, or we can provide an audio CD that you can use.
We need help writing the text for our messages. Does Simon Says provide writing services?
We can write the message text for you or help "shape it up" for maximum effect! Just ask and we’ll chat about your particular needs.
Will Barbara’s voice will be used for my project?
Yes. Barbara is the "voice" of Simon Says Talent!
I need my voice prompts recorded in Spanish, as well as in English. Can Simon Says help?
Si`! Barbara can record messages in English and/or Espanol! This is most welcome for clients who want a seamless, consistently good sound on their systems. With Simon Says, you can avoid the distraction of presenting multiple "personalities" to your customers and clients.
How do I get started?
Simon says…it’s simple! Just send us an email attachment of the messages you want recorded. If necessary, we’ll chat about the style of delivery you want. Then, Simon Says will record and deliver your finished messages! Check out our "1-2-3" page for more information.
How are the messages delivered to me?
Your finished messages can be sent as email attachments, or easily downloaded from the Simon Says ftp website. If you prefer, we can mail you a CD with your messages on it. It’s up to you!
What exactly does "production" mean?
Production includes professional voice recording, editing (cleaning up), and any audio file finishing or format conversion necessary.
My telephone system requires an unusual type of audio file. Can Simon Says help with this?
Yes. Our clients have a large variety of telephone systems and sound file formats. We’ll work with you to make sure you get exactly the type of sound file you need. We haven’t been stumped yet.
